Classes

I offer a variety of classes depending on your personal goals and conditions. Whether you need to tone your muscles or relieve muscular tension, there is something for everybody to enjoy. Have a look at what I offer.  I currently only offer Private sessions catered to your needs.

Yin Yoga

My Yin class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time ( 3-5 minutes).  Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Hatha

This is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body. 

Private sessions

This is a 1:1 session to learn more specifics on Yoga poses or breathwork  or simple to fit into your schedule better than a public class
